THE SHIPPEN

The Shippen is a high-end annex build delivered under complex planning constraints, requiring two existing walls to be retained throughout the construction process. This presented a unique logistical challenge, demanding careful sequencing and precise execution at every stage. Despite the constraints, BASE delivered the project to a high specification, creating a refined and thoughtfully detailed space. This was a project we particularly enjoyed, showcasing our ability to navigate complexity while maintaining exceptional build quality.
