SEATON HOUSE

Set directly on Seaton Beach, Seaton House is a beautifully reimagined coastal home delivered to an exceptional standard. Originally a single-storey property, the project involved the creation of an entirely new lower floor beneath the existing structure, allowing for two additional bedrooms and a bathroom to be seamlessly integrated into the home. The build was carefully planned and executed in close collaboration with the architect and interior designer, ensuring every structural and aesthetic decision worked in harmony. Completed to an uncompromising specification, this project is defined by precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail throughout—resulting in a refined coastal retreat where no detail was overlooked.
